    Studi ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menyempurnakan model Manajemen Pendidikan Berbasis Solusi (MPBS) dalam mengatasi sekolah miskin di pesisir kota Bengkulu dan kabupaten Bengkulu Utara. Studi ini menggunakan desain penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan selama tiga siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri atas perencanaan, implementasi, observasi dan evaluasi, dan refleksi. Penelitian diselenggarakan di Taman Kanak-kanak/Raudatul Anfal, Sekolah Dasar/Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, Sekolah Menengah Pertama/Madrasah Tsanawiah, dan Sekolah Menengah Atas/ Madrasah Aliah di pesisir Kota Bengkulu dan kabupaten Bengkulu Utara. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif dan analisis induktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model MPBS yang didukung peran kepala sekolah kreatif mampu membantu sekolah miskin dalam memenuhi standar pelayanan minima

    The Objektive of this resears is to know the influence of headmasters leadership and organization culture foward teacher is performance at Junior High School in Subdistrik of manna City.The method of this research was qualitative to prone hyphothesis with statistical analiysis. The subjects of this study were teacher of Junior High School in Subdistrict of Manna City. The data ware taken by distributing questionnaire. Then data analysis used quantitative. The result of this study showed that (1) there was a significant corelation between headmaster\u27s leadership and teacher\u27s perfomance (2) there was a significant correlation between organization culture and teacher\u27s perfomance and (3) there was a significant correlation simultaneously between headmaster\u27s leadership and organization culture to teacher performance

    This study aimed to describe the strategy of increasing the perception-based character education teacher at junior high school number one Bermani Ilir Kepahiang Regency. This research apprach used is descriptive qualitative because they collected and analysis is more qualitative, which aims to understand the meaning behind the they looks.The results of this study stated that the strategy of increasing the perception-based character education teacher done through the integration of character education into everyday learning. The school has tried as much as possible to improve the srategy of character education through the process of planning, organizing, implementation, evaluation and follow-up recommendation in order to approach perfection in accordance with the applicable procedures

    The purpose of this study is to describe the management facility of language laboratory at Public Senior High School Number One Muara Pinang Empat Lawang District. The method of the study is descriptive qualitative. The objects are principle, vice principle of facility, head og language laboratory, laboran, language teacher and students. The techniques of the data are interview, observation, and documentation study. The conclusion shows that: The planning of the facility do in, the early of academic year but the committee seldom existed. The provisioning of the facility mostly by puchasing and the government assist. The inventories of the facility aren\u27t proceduraly. The storage of the facility are procedurally. The using of the facility unapropriate of the list of schedule but the regulation has been running well. The maintenance of the facility is doing based on necessity, the maintenance are; daily, regulary and intern of repairman. The cleaning out of the facility is never done, damaged facility are only warehoused

    The purpose of research is to describe the management of school\u27s library in Public Junior High School 01 of Pondok Kubang Middle Bengkulu Regency. This research is qualitative descriptive. Subjects in this research are head of library and staffs. The techniques of data collection use observation, structured interview and documentation. The technique of data analysis uses qualitative descriptive method. The results of the research show that this school has done arranging daily work programmes, short term, middle term and long term. For implementing all that work programmes, so the principal establishs the organizational structure of the library managers as the implementers of daily activities as well job description of each part/work function in there. The principal doing evalution with purpose to know the achievement of work from various work programmes have been set that will be as inputs to make improvements of the library management in the next school years

    The general purpose of the research is to describe about Innovative Learning Management by the English Teacher at Senior High School 2 South Bengkulu. The research used qualitative descriptive method. The subjects of this research were principals, vice principals, English Teachers and students at the state Senior High School 2 South Bengkulu. The techniques of the collecting data were observation, interview, and documentation study. The general results of the study show that the Innovative Learning Management by the English Teacher at Senior High School 2 South Bengkulu was suitable with the curriculum. The specific results were: 1) Planning was planned successfully; 2) organization was good; 3) Implementation was done perfectly; 4) Evaluation was done continually; 5) The problems in the innovation of English Teaching-Learning Management at Public Senior High School 2 South Bengkulu were about students' motivation and the facilities at the school

    The objective of this research is to describe the instructional management of English in writing skill at Junior High School Number 01 South Bengkulu. The method of this research was qualitative research. The data were collected by conducting personal interview, observations and documentation study. Then, data analysis used qualitative technique. The result of this study showed that (1) in planning of learning of English writing skill, it was done well by English teachers, (2) in teaching learning process (implementation), English teachers used various and interesting methods and media. (3) in evaluating and supervision the learning management, teacher had found appropriate method of measuring the students\u27 achievement, (4) in feedback of teaching learning process was done by doing remedial and enrichment

    The purpose of this study is to describe the school principal innovativeness in ICT Facilities and Infrastructure management at Junior High School Number 2 Lubuklinggau. This study uses descriptive qualitative method. The subjects of this study are the school principal, the vice of the school principals, the teacher, the staff, and the students. The data were collected by means of interview, observation, and documentation and analyzed by using qualitative descriptive technique as proposed by Miles and Huberman. The result of this study shows: (1) The planning of ICT facilities and infrastructure has conformed with the school vision and mission (2) The school principal cooperated with the vice school principal in ICT facilities and infrastructure provision (3) The process of ICT facilities inventory is only done by the vice school principal without the school principal intervention (4) The school principal has utilized the ICT facilities base of its function (5) The school principal is not innovative in term of ICT facilities and infrastructure storage system, and (6) The school principal is not innovative in ICT facilities and infrastructure maintenance system
